Pride
We are a DID system of 7 (8?) located in the United States. We are in our late-20s, come from extensive childhood trauma, and have done some work around mental health/disability advocacy.

Oogs π

Mentally ill sunshine kid! (Like, goat kid!! But also I'm babie!!)
This name is a pseudonym for privacy reasons.
Trauma holder, the only one who connects with our past and family. But very peppy (though currently very tired).
Likes: Children's media, anime, gaming, art (drawing, songwriting, writing), social justice.
Genderfluid asexual queer, monogamous (and taken).
Zeal π
co-host | he/him | late-20s
Guy who doesn't want to be associated with us.
This name is a pseudonym for privacy reasons.
Extremely active but mostly keeps to his own circles. Split from Oogs and main caretaker of Aurora. Also goes by the name New Zealand. Fictive.
Likes: Fandom, other things that I'm deleting for privacy reasons.
Gay, cis man
Rev π¦
protector | she/her | mid-20s
Abrasive beauty bitch. Jay's older sister, though she's kind of like a big sister to all of us.
This name is a pseudonym for privacy reasons. Masquerading as singlet on her social media.
Likes: Makeup, music, feminism, coffee, clubbing, drama, photography, nature, animals (especially reptiles), getting up to no good.
Cis, pan.
Mori π¦
little | he/him | kid
Literal fox (despite appearances).
Precocious youngster, amateur gourmet. His whole aesthetic is those children's book illustrations of quaint animals in old-timey clothes living in cottages.
Likes: cooking and hearty foods, taxidermy, foggy forests, morikei fashion, cottagecore, and his best friend Jay!
Cis GNC boy!
Background
Our public identity is of our host (so, queer genderfluid person). Often perceived as female.
First acknowledged system in early Spring of 2016, informally diagnosed 2019, official diagnosis 2021.
Recently added DID to our medical file despite initial resistance (put this off for many years due to fear of medical prejudice).
Completely co-conscious, we share all memories (and memory gaps).
Currently, integration doesn't look like it is a part of our recovery process.
Almost finished college, taking a break for PTSD recovery. (Break recently extended for new health issues.)
Living in an apartment with the host's fiancΓ©.
Hiding our traumas from family, low contact.
One of our shared priorities as a system is embracing individuality. We've found that exercising our freedom to be as individual as we can has helped us understand our system better and has been good for our mental health. That's why we have so much separate social media!
We know this can come off as 'cringey'. We don't care. There's no wrong way to have a disorder!
